By downloading, installing, or using OpenBar (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Free Tier: Includes access to recipe browsing, limited AI scans (5 per month), favorites, and cocktail ledger. Ads are displayed.
Premium Tier: Includes unlimited AI scans, ad-free experience, and priority AI processing. Subscription fees are billed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings.
The App uses artificial intelligence to identify bottles and ingredients from photos and to suggest cocktail recipes. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI identifications or recipe suggestions. Always verify ingredient identification independently, especially for allergy or safety concerns. You use AI features at your own risk.
OpenBar promotes responsible alcohol consumption. The App is a recipe and reference tool and does not encourage excessive or underage drinking. Always drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (cocktail ledger entries, ratings, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it within the App to provide and improve our services.

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by OpenBar and protected by intellectual property laws. The recipe database and AI-generated content are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI identifications and recipe suggestions may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to food or beverage consumption based on App content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
